I’m sure it’s a great product but I have yet to receive what I’ve purchased. I’ve done all the research and just thought it was the right fit that’s why I pulled the trigger and bought it. I have reached out to customer support and have been given more guidance. 16 days past purchase date and then additional wait to possibly receive a order that has already been ordered is a bit much for the amount spent, potentially would be waiting a whole month to receive an order. Throw in the C300 for the inconvenience?

during post hurricane I wanted a backup system to my gas generator.. I wish I'd had this in place then, but Im ready for the inevitable next one
