This product is great!
Unfortunately, I received an item that was defective (one of the AC outlet buttons didn't work properly).
So, I reached out to the customer service line, and with a simple video proving my issue, the service agents acknowledged they had sent a defective item, and rushed me this replacement!
This product is just as amazing, and everything works beautifully!
It was funny seeing how much power output my different devices used when connected to the charging station, but by far, my most demanding, and most fun charging block (also from Anker), was able to charge back to full in a matter of minutes!
