The instructions on which power adapter to use are very unclear and non-specific. The literature with the product literature says use an adapter that is 30W or higher .
I plugged mine into a 45W Pd 3.0 fast charge adapter and for virtually no use out of it with my iPhone 14pro max I for the last one week. The two little lights just kept flashing . The literature said that that likely indicates some metal object interfering with the magnetic connection. The blinking lights would go on for hours.
Anyway, after delving I’d deep into literature online and forums and videos, some fine print somewhere said the flashing lights could indicate an incompatibility with the power adapter. I then bought a 30W PD 3.0 Fast charge adapter and plugged the charging stand into that and voila ! Have used it all day today without a problem so far. But no flashing lights and great uninterrupted charging. Have not tried my Klipsch T5 Sport wireless earphones yet but they are being detected by the stand after a quick check so I don’t expect a problem.
ANKER - please provide the power adapter too. It’s not an expensive enough part to not provide with a premium product like this - especially when something so specific is just required.
I noticed many people online using their 20W Apple adapter with this stand complaining that the phone took too long to charge. So bottomline - the Anker MagGo Wireless Charger (2-in-1, Stand) doesn’t like a 45 W adapter and doesn’t like the Apple 20W adapter either .
