All pieces finally arrived, being shipped from various locations. Everything works well in our initial testing. We bought to have an emergency backup during major power outages (hurricane) and hope it's like insurance. That we never need to actually use it.
It was a great sale. Having multiple batteries to keep the cooler going while a depleted one is being solar charged is a plan that should work well
It is disappointing you can't actually speak to Customer Service about things, that it's just email bouncing back and forth. While it seems to be the way of the world now, it still stinks.
