Too early to comment on the performance of the power station as I have not experienced a power outage yet, try me after this winter. As far as the service from Anker so far, it has been responsive and timely on the only issue with my order which was where to find a manual that identified the components and how to use them.
Very disappointed with purchase. Not able to run my portable heater because of low wattage supplied by the car port. Wouldn’t recommend.

I purchased this to help augment my dual fuel 8k watt generator. I wanted something Icould use in the house to keep my large refrigerator going
And I liked the function of using as a ups. I received it last week and plunged my refrigerator into it and 8 hrs later still had 40% left. Really impressed due to its small size and portability
Thank you!
Hello there! I wanted to reach out to express how happy I am with my SOLIX C1000 and how quickly useful it was. I am a driver with the Vintage Auto Racing Association (VARA) in Southern California and I specifically sought out a unit to bring to the track. This was perfect for running tools around our garage space, charging batteries, and most conveniently providing power in the early morning and late afternoon when it would have been a little unkind to those around us to turn on our traditional gas generator. Then not a week later we are back home in North County San Diego in this massive heat wave going on and we get a power outage. Out comes the Brick of Power to keep the fridge going for the time it took to get the power back on and not a worry of food spoiled.
On a different but related note, I was wanting to reach out and see if Anker might be interested in partnering with the Vintage Auto Racing Association (VARA) to some degree. As well as a driver, I am also serving on the Board of Directors - Director of Communication and can think of a massive number of real-world applications for our group members where Anker products would shine. I understand this is much more a shot in the dark and I would be very interested in having more discussion with your folks. As Director of Communications with VARA, we could offer Anker direct advertising to a wide customer base that is in close proximity to your west coast operations, interested and in need of power providing products, and a potential customer base that is untapped for newer products such as these. Additionally, VARA is a 501c nonprofit organization so any donation or sponsorship would serve to continue racing operations for our fellow members and donors.
I would be very interested to hear back and discuss the potential for partnership in the near future. Please feel free to contact me through my information you have on file (email) [****] (cell) [****].
Best Regards,
Benjamin Kuhl
