I’m loving my little portable power station. A lot smaller than I thought which for me is amazing so I can add into my overland gear box! As for the charging, it charged my phone pretty fast! I’ll update the review as I get to play with it a little longer. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a compact power bank with built in lantern-style light!
anker has the worst customer serivce. if you have a problem, do not expect anker customer service to resolve your issue. they have no ability to correct the situation or making things right. ankers customer serivce does not even know themselves what is going on on their end and gives misinformation. Their customer service could care less and cannont resolve your issue leading to endless back to back emails, phonecalls and problems. They will not correct the wrong, resolve the problem, or help you in any meaningful way.

I have been spending more than $8k on (2) Anker-SOLIX-F3800 bundles and my recent c300-DC portable power bank from amazon 08/29/2024 that came with missing user manual and handle strap + on top of all that, the box was damaged w/ torn hole (there is NO insulation to protect the SOLIX). I took time out of work to chat online w/ Anker tech support agent -James ended up disconnected on chatting. It is impossible to get tech support on the phone. So buyer out there..is it worthy?

Could you please confirm if the main body of the product appears to be undamaged? If so, have you tried activating the product to see if it functions correctly? You can charge the C300-DC using a 30W or more powerful PD charger to activate it. If the issue is confirmed with our product, rest assured that we will process a quick exchange for you.
Additionally, we are currently using electronic manuals. Did you receive a booklet with a QR code for the manual? For any issues with the strap, please reach out to us so we can assist you with a better solution.

Great Unit. As of right now I am impressed with it.
I took the Anker SOLIX C300 on a camping trip last weekend, and it was a real lifesaver. The 90,000mAh battery capacity ensured that all our devices, including phones, cameras, and a portable speaker, stayed powered up throughout the trip. The two 140W two-way USB-C fast charging ports were extremely handy for quickly charging our devices when needed. It's nice to have such a reliable power source when you're out in the wild.
