Do NOT order this or anything else from Anker.. I order this $180 product via Amazon. Received an email from Amazon stating the product was due for recall due to possibly of battery causing fire. Amazon issued me a refund. A day later I receive another email stating the product wasn’t for recall but it was instead Ankers smaller version.
A month later the battery pack completely dies out. Won’t charge, won’t turn on, utterly zero power. I reach out to Anker due to this issue and they void my warranty. I don’t believe a product that costs $180 should be dead after one month.

Your customer service has become trash. I have trusted your company for years. I bought numerous anchor products. This particular battery was way too big for me but your customer service your shipping has become complete trash. I will not buy another product from you ever.

It's HUGE and still able to fly in a carry on. It gets me one full charge of my 14" MacBook Pro with M4Pro with some power to spare.
