I have always loved products from anker but this gets only one star, not because of the produce but because of customer service. I have not received product. It’s been 14 days and the very polite but very disappointing response from customer service was please be patient. The next email I received was to review product so here you go. If I ever receive it I might update my review.

Like the title says, it does a great job at super fast charging my s22 ultra, but the cable fits loose in the port. It has to be kept in the right position. If I move the cable slightly to the left/right when connected it loses contact and stops charging. This is annoying because I will sometimes connect it, see it is charging, and then place it down to let it charge. But when I come back later, I notice it didn't charge because placing it down made the cable move and disconnect even though its still in the port.

I know it's not my phone port, because I have a shorter cable that works perfectly fine and doesn't disconnect easily.

Durable, great quality, bends fine for storage, long enough for me to charge phones and use my phones comfortably on the sofa.
