Not bad so far.

I bought this specifically for travel. Mainly to have the largest capacity charger I could fly with. This fits that need. I have had no issues flying with this as a carry on. With my Galaxy S25 Ultra, I can get over 3 pretty full charges on it. Love the LED display and functionality of the charger. Seems very well built. Slightly on the heavy side, but for what it is, it isn't too bad. For what you get, great value for the money. Overall, very happy with the purchase and would but it again.

I love this battery bank. It charges very fast for devices that are capable of using higher speeds and is portable enough to not be a huge hassle. It isn't super portable that easily hides in your pocket but will fit in mens pants pockets if needed. It charges everything well from my nintendo switch, laptop, phone, earbuds, ipad, and more.

The product worked well initially after the first charge; however, it has been less than two months, and it’s no longer holding a charge. I’ve tried replacing the cables and using different outlets, but the issue persists. I’m not sure if this is a common problem or just specific to the unit I received. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it to friends based on my experience.

To make matters worse, my support experience has been frustrating. Despite providing the receipt, serial number, and all requested details, I was told the issue had to be escalated to a "specialized team" without a clear explanation or timeline. The product was purchased from one of their authorized retailers, yet they’ve been slow to assist and have not offered a straightforward solution or replacement. It’s disappointing to see this level of support for a premium product.
