Greetings, I purchased this model as a starting point with you. I'm using it for my home and not for camping. Being new to the arena I'm quickly learning just how much I really need. Emergency mode only but want the solar footprint to sustain during power outages. Will be looking foreword to the expansion battery when it is available. So far I'm happy I found you, quality product.

You know what would be REALLY great? Having a user manual that my family can reference that doesn't require them to jump online and figure out how to use the device, if I am not around. There's enough packaging surrounding the item that I could pack a horse stall with the shreds. Why not include one more little booklet that concisely shares the features and how to set up and operate the device?

during post hurricane I wanted a backup system to my gas generator.. I wish I'd had this in place then, but Im ready for the inevitable next one

Packaging was really nice, I love how solid it feels. Quality build and the flashlights are the best part.
