My biggest issue is I can’t charge the device at 120v while it discharges at 220v

I have a vehicle with vehicle to load capability and thought this would be a great combo but it just doesn’t work even if you purchase two solid devices and pair them together.

Still installing. Everything looks good but have two small problems:
1. the hot wires are too short to reach the plug in the Transfer Box...see photo from Youtube and one from my garage.
2. no cover on the Transfer Box socket.

Our F3800 was delivered quickly, but unfortunately had a problem with the DC input ( wouldn't charge). Customer service was responsive and determined it was defective. We returned the unit and are awaiting the replacement.
