I know nothing about solar and this is the first solar system that my electrician has set up. Technical support is terrific. They patiently answered all of my questions. My one suggestion is that each box be numbered , such as 1 out of 3, so people like me know if I have all the parts. A big picture of each item that should be in each box could be just inside the box. I didn’t know that the transfer switch was the piece below the electrical cords at the bottom of box 2, so I thought I hadn’t received it. Anker is an excellent company and technical support is easy to access and so helpful.

Communication on shipping is horrid.
Panels were shipped by freight instead, no problem but delivvery window was literally all day. The panels were broken when they arrived and I can't get help with cancellation of the order. Too bad as I am sure that they are meant to go with the 3800. which was looking at but not now.
