Works as a UPS, great support, solar charging also works

Currently using it as a UPS for frequent power outages for my computer and full entertainment center. Works as expected, charges quickly, and works with solar charging from a 3rd party solar panel I purchased (just as a test). It was easy to get on my WiFi and monitor via app, and it worked for a full day outage to keep Internet running in my house during a pole replacement over the weekend. When charging outside via solar panel it was nice to be able to monitor via app. It's not too heavy for the capacity, so I've already swapped between my entertainment center and office (Internet entry point) when I had the planned day long outage to keep that running instead. I had a question for support and they were also very responsive and got back to me right away, so I'm very satisfied with support so far. I haven't had it long yet, but I feel better having my expensive electronics protected, and it has lasted through the recent outages I've had. Getting it on sale was the icing on the cake! I'll be looking at the larger units in the future so I can cover both areas in outages.

    Works great!

Almost everything about this power bank is fantastic. I use it as a UPS and have had no glitches at all. Additionally, when power goes out it is VERY quiet.
There are a couple of little issues.
    a) The 12 VDC output is actually 13.40 VDC which means I can't use it to directly power a mini-PC which runs on 12 VAC. There should be a switch to set the voltage, or at least this should have been documented.
    b) Anker ships with FedEx which is almost guaranteed to be late if there's as much as a single snowflake in the country. It would be really nice if they offered the option of USPS or UPS.

    Excellent!

I've been a die-hard Anker fan for years and have a whole slew of their products without a single issue or complaint. I bought the Solix C1000 to run my portable laser at craft shows. I have the first one coming up soon since I got this and I think it's going to be perfect! I've been trying out the set up at home and I'm very happy with it!

    Time Will Tell...

I bought this to use in conjunction with 2k watt generator when off-grid camping. I have not used it yet. I am fairly certain it will serve my needs, but I won't know for sure until spring rolls around and the weather straightens up. So far, I am pleased.
