I would have to say after only owning this device for 5 months the device has died I paid $299.00 AU direct from Anker .the decision was made by the many endorsements from YouTube providers ie ,Zollotech,Jerry rig etc and I am sure I am not the only person that had a problem with this or other Anker Products . It would be beneficial if YouTube endorses came back after several months to follow up. Anker I am a little fish in a big ocean of your products Divison and feel I deserve to be treated the same as your endorsers who receive products for free and the rave about the products. Disappointed Tony Jones.

I have two of these, and one is great (I have 5 Anker battery banks total, going back 8+ years, plus countless chargers and cables). The other is defective, but trying to get support is fruitless. Their support is just an AI chatbot, and after you exhaust the basic troubleshooting steps it ghosts you and stops responding. I'll continue to use the good one, but after 3 attempts trying to RMA the faulty one, I'm done with Anker. I've bought probably $3000 worth of Anker gear over the years, but they seem perfectly happy to throw away a customer over a single RMA.

Check out the attached picture. The battery is 100% full, but it's still drawing 145W of current from the (Anker) charger, whistling loudly, and both the charger and battery are very hot (I had a big metal pot to throw it into if it caught fire). Maybe check out a different brand, because if yours happens to be defective you're on your own with Anker.

What is the size and weight?

I have a few older Anker batteries for charging, but now that I'm using 100% USB C products I needed that power and intelligence of Anker Prime. Bought two and use them every day. Thank you Anker for great products that just plain WORK!
