I ordered this unit for our business over two weeks ago and haven’t received it. FedEx status has been “out for delivery” for multiple days now, but we check the truck each day with our regular driver, and it’s just not there. I have a feeling it’s just heavy and the FedEx loaders just don’t want to deal with it. I called Anker to let them know and their customer service rep just told me to call FedEx. Anker wasn’t willing to help any more than that (not a good omen if something ever goes wrong with the product).

I’m sure the unit will be great if we ever get it. Realistically, though, Anker needs to ship these Solix units on pallets (with the whole order together and not spread across 5 boxes with 5 different FedEx tracking numbers) and ship them LTL.

I just charged up this product with its expansion battery. Only used it a little to check out some plug-in functions. I wi test ut out next hurricane season. I'll up date my review next year.

I love it . That's a good quality built power station. I charge it with solar panels and used it for small electric appliances. Will try to add more expansion batteries later.

I'm pleased with the capabilities of my F3800 & expansion battery. The phone app is really cool & easy to update both the unit & battery. My major concern is that it's too cloudy most the time with all the planes... I'm not sure if solar panels will keep it charged.

Quiet, always ready and very portable. My neighbors like me again!
