Excelent product

What I've had time to set up works great. We've had no power outages since I got it, so it works just like I expected it to :) If I didn't have it, the last storm would have knocked us out for 4 hours. So real life testing is just going to have to wait. Hopefully by then I'll get my switch in.

Setting up the Anker Solix F3800 along with the solar panels was easy and intuitive. App connected seamlessly. The unit showed up already 80% charged. Overall setup was a breeze and just in time for the summer and hurricane season!

After looking at many different home battery backup systems I decided on the Anker Solix F3800. It was the most complete all in one systems on the market. It has a 30 amp and 50 amp outlet built right in to the unit, a full feature display that gives current up to date information and an app you can download that mirrors the display on the unit. No additional connectors or hubs are needed to get 30 or 50 amps. After receiving the unit, I was impressed on how well it was packaged and protected to avoid any damage during shipping. Upon unpacking the Anker Solix F3800 and inspecting the unit, I was also impressed with the build quality of both the Solix F3800 main unit and the expansion battery. Both units were built as solid as a rock. I had an electrician come out and install the Reliance transfer switch with 10 circuits in which 2 circuits were dedicated to my well pump which was 240V. After the transfer switch was installed I simply rolled the unit over to it and plugged it in, flipped the switch to Generator and I was running the critical loads in my home off of the Anker Solix F3800. Best of all it was completely silent unlike a loud generator blaring in the background. Time will tell how it holds up long term, but so far I’m thrilled with this product. Also customer service gets an A+.

This has been reliable in powering a variety of devices, but has had intermittent problems in powering a single horse motor pump. This may have been due to compatibility issues with the older pressure switch on the pump. Nevertheless, it has successfully powered other devices without any problems. I must commend Anker for the excellent customer service they have provided, they have been responsive and helpful throughout my use.
