This is a great power bank! It will charge my iPad twice and my phone three times. It is a little pricey but I think it’s worth it.

I purchased the Anker Prime 27,650mAh Power Bank (250W) and 100W Charging Base. They're an unbeatable duo!

The Power Bank has USB-A x 1 and USB-C x 2 to charge any device as a portable power supply. You can charge three (3) devices simultaneously in a pinch ; although that will drain the power bank quickly. The OLED-like display is very nice and shows the vital stats of the Power Bank. Connect to your smart phone wireless via BlueTooth for more detailed information via the Anker App.

The Power Bank attaches to the Charging Base magneticly and charges via five (5) contact pins. The base has additional USB-A x 1 and USB-C x 2 charge ports which increases its versatility. In theory you could charge three (3) devices via the Power Bank and another three (3) devices via the charging base.

There's one minor detail to be aware of....If the Power Bank is depleted it will not be recognized by the charging base to begin a charge cycle. I discovered that the hard way. When that occurs you must use a USB-C cable plugged into a power brick connected to an electrical source. The other end of the USB-C cable should be connected to one of the USB-C ports on the Power Bank. Once the Power Bank reaches 5% it can be charged via the Power Base or you can continue charging via the USB-C cable.

There's more to present however it would turn this review into a mini novella. For travel you can throw the Anker Prime 27,650mAh Power Bank (250W) and 100W Charging Base into your backpack; or purchase an inexpensive travel case like I did.

For me, this was just what I was looking for. Over many years, I had "collected" a wide variety of chargers and cables for all manner of devices. However, with the recent adoption of USB-C I found myself slightly behind the curve.This device provides not one but 2 essential devices. The first is a small yet solid base with 2 USB-C ports and 1 USB-A port. I use it daily to charge my tablets and all manner of other things. This portable charger with a plethora of ports and a fantastic display that shows you exactly the status of devices being charged. I splurged on the $14 protective case with a handle, which was a good thing as I dropped it the very first time I used it. The battery size of the portable section is amazing, and can charge multiple devices at the same time, while you can see the status of each device as it charges, which is extremely helpful.In the last year, I have adopted Anker as my go-to supplier for all things charger related and I will only use Anker cables ever since I read about cheap cables possessing malware. Google it, it's a real thing.I could not be happier with my purchase of another great Anker product, and I truly believe you won't be disappointed.

I got this back in 2024 and I have used this every day and take it with me when i Travel. One word This is amazing charges your phone so fast! Well worth it. 0 damage to my battery it safe i suggest you grab one. You wont regret it!

I’m using it everyday and it has never disappointed me as i only need to charge it back weekly, also charges my devices quickly, as well as it self. Even though it may heat up when i charge it using the charging base, still not a big deal honestly. I recommend it out of all other power banks, this one is really great.
