I would love to review this but have not received the battery. I got the case and was informed that my order was complete. Battery and case. I reached out to support. Informing that the battery was not delivered . A boilerplate response "higher demand coming soon, we will be in touch". Well the review team reached me first. So not digging the lack of service so far.

After ordering, and waiting for a while, I got an email from Anker, saying "Your order is on its way!" (I ordered the Anker SOLIX C1000 W/The Water resistant bag.) I thought GREAT! They gave me a tracking # with the email. I waited another week or so, and FedEx delivered a package... I got an email saying " Your package was delivered", except it was JUST THE WATER RESISTANT BAG!!! I check my order with Anker, and it said it was delivered there too. After days of trying to find the actual C1000, I called, and they said, they were backed up on shipping them, and it would ship separately when they had more to ship. A separate email/tracking would be emailed when that would happed. WELL, STILL WAITING, AND WHY WOULD YOU NOT TELL ME THAT, SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO THINK THE C1000 WAS STOLEN OFF OF MY PORCH???

I ordered this power bank 2 wks ago and only received the protector bag. Never in the order was I told this power bank was in backed ordered but the delivery receipt says I received both items which is not true. They should have created e separate tickets for each item shipped. Still waiting for my power bank that is said should be shipped Monday. Still waiting. For a company that receives such good reviews has very poor communication to their customers. Not happy. I almost want to cancel and not wait any longer.

I ordered this for my elderly mom to have as a backup in case she lost power. It's been 2 weeks and yet to be delivered.

This C1000 was a great back up for our home during recent SoCal power outages. It could easily run our kitchen full size fridge for 10 hours over night. We used it during the day to power our wifi and TV etc..
It powers our gas furnace as well without issue.

I love that it recharges in about an hour, our neighbor has a similar capacity power bank from another company but it takes 5-6hrs to recharge. I was able to plug it in to our gas generator once in the morning and once in the evening for a top off before bed. This allowed us to not run the gas generator all day.

I think we will add the expansion battery to make this 2kW of storage, and only recharge once per day while running the fridge, tv, lights etc.
