Do t love it as much as I thought I would. It is helpful to get all the items in one place. It’s just hard to get plugged in without having to tip the whole thing over
I've always loved having tons of accessories plugged into my computers, but the cables have become unbearable. I have a secondary desk setup for using my Apple equipment and this stand/hub was the perfect addition! I'm able to supply my laptops with power while having them connected to a scanner, printer, and audio production gear with just a single cable! Was skeptical at first, but love this new addition to my office.
I've been looking for ways to reduce clutter on my busy desk and this made all the difference. Lots of ports and lots of room to hide cables underneath. A huge upgrade from my old decommissioned printer turned laptop stand 🤣
I recently purchased the Anker 10-in-1 USB Hub Monitor Stand during the Black Friday sale, and while it's on the pricier side, I believe the concept and functionality make it worth considering. It has significantly decluttered my workspace, which is a huge plus. My LG 32" WQHD monitor fits perfectly on top of the stand, and I love that my Logitech G915 keyboard can easily slide underneath when not in use.Regarding performance, someone mentioned the hub doesn’t support 4K at 60Hz, but I found it runs at 4K 59.99Hz, which seems practically the same in my use case. Before this, I was using the Sabrent HB-6PNV, which occasionally caused my screen to flicker once a day. With the Anker hub, I’ve had no such issues so far—everything works smoothly. An unexpected bonus is the ergonomic improvement. With the monitor raised, I’ve noticed my back feels a little less strained after long work sessions. Overall, while the price might be steep, the combination of functionality, reliability, and ergonomic benefits makes this a solid upgrade for my setup.
thought this would be a nice addition to my iMac but really disappointed me. Connected an external SSD to one USB port and the speed readings where about one half than what I was getting by connecting same device directly to the iMac. Come on Anker, why pay an extra 100$ just for the looks ? settled on a model A:8383 8-in-1 USB-C PD 10GPS Data Hub for less than 40$ and got SSD speed back! Would have kept the HUB but lousy performance made me return it !
