    Great Power Bank - Consider Your Use For It Before Buying

    Love this power bank but you should understand it's something you most likely keep in your bag or on your desk/table. Not easy to carry around due to weight and shape. Great power though.

    Didn't work. Asked for a refund and Anker sent me a replacement without letting me know

    Didn't work. I tried all different ways and it still didn't charge. I contacted Anker for a REFUND. they sent me a shipping table. They told me it would be refunded to me after they receive the item. However they sent me a replacement without asking me. I asked them to send me a return shipping label and they didn't respond. Terrible!
