I wanted to buy a car charger and the website was imprecise. I contacted customer support and told them the website post was at least confusing or misleading. I asked for clarification and they confirmed I would receive the exact charger I wanted, and offered to send an email after verifying with next level up. I received the email, again confirmed that I would receive the right product I was placing the order for.

I received the wrong product, Contacted Customer service and was told nothing was wrong, that was the right product. WRONG!! it was not. I requested a return and refund, it is being processed and supossedly I will receive a refund after inspection of the returned product.
