Return procedure is very difficult and expensive. I had to get an approval for the return to initiate the return process. Then I had to pay the return, which cost almost half of the item! Then I found out the same item with same price at Amazon, which I could easily return with one click and no cost! I am so regretful that I bought it from Anker website. Forget Anker website and buy from Amazon!

Would not display above 1080P, despite 3 other Anker hubs display full 4K on same laptop and monitor. AI Support tried to tell me it was past 30 days despite it being 7 days since order and 2 days after delivery. Plus star for the gift battery pack which work great. I have many Anker products, this was the first to go bad, factory faults happen, not happy with support.

This is a very solidly built hub and computer stand. All of the inputs work flawlessly and it functions as exopected. It’s very straightforward to set up, but do measure your desk to ensure it will fit because the stand itself is large. It charges my laptop quickly and I haven’t noticed any issues with overheating. It is kind of expensive for what it is in my opinion, but Anker makes high quality products in my experience and you don’t want to skimp on power delivery to your computer because it could mess it up if it’s not done properly. I would recommend looking closely at the inputs / outputs to make sure this will meet your needs and all the peripherals that you use. I have no complaints so far, will update if anything stops working. 5/5 stars ⭐️

It works as advertised but I wish it had more USB ports. I'll be keeping it but overall I would like to have 6-10 and I think this one has 4.

Love ANker products and was excited when I saw this. Thank goodness for the reviews. I almost bought and would be another voice in this hall of complaints. Come on Anker! you can do much better than this! I'm waiting for rev 2 or 3!Thanks to all the reviewers!
