The bank it's amazing and the changer it's the faster changer I ever saw, we'll done anker 🤙

I purchased this combo new, from Anker. For reasons unknown, I received notification that the order was split into 2 shipments (wall charger and battery). The first shipment containing the wall charger arrived promptly on time. The second shipment containing the battery never arrived. I reached out to customer service, who confirmed it had never been shipped due to a system error, but they would ship out a new one immediately. The battery they sent came in a box that was taped shut, with cycles already on the battery life. I reached out to Anker who informed me that they sent me a refurbished item, and that I could mail it back for a full refund, or receive an $11 credit. I really just wanted the brand new battery that I purchased, and waited over 2 weeks for. I’m not entirely sure why this simple order turned into such a complicated mess. So now do I need to return both products, and then repurchase them both? Product wise, these are both 5 stars, as are the 2 giant solix generators I own and my dozen other Anker products. I’m just stunned that this calamity of errors is somehow my responsibility to solve.

Work 2 USB C cables built in, it's less to have to remember, plus the data is what's using what battery percentage, I love it!

I love the versatility of the product. It is so convenient without hesitation i can juice up my device all day! And i was amazed on the product charging pass through, it build to last and when you hold it its feel so premium.

Anker knew the product was lost in shipping for 7 days it bounced around CA. They did nothing except tell me to wait. A week later it showed up the package was opened. Thankfully the items were intact. But not fond of there service at all. They should have taken some other action instead of asking me to wait.
