You have to pay for shipping cost to send it back. For me about $18 regular mail with tracking.

I bought the Anker MagGo power bank thinking it would be a reliable option for travel, but it’s been a complete disaster. It barely charged my phone 10% before the power bank itself died. I gave it multiple chances, but the performance was consistently awful.

To make matters worse, the customer service has been the worst I’ve ever dealt with. All I asked for was a simple store credit so I could buy a different power bank that might actually work—but I’ve gotten nothing but delays, unhelpful replies, and still no resolution.

This was a complete waste of my money, and now I’m stuck having to spend even more to buy a power bank that actually does what it’s supposed to. I’ve never had such a frustrating experience. Do not buy this product, and whatever you do, don’t order directly from Anker’s website. They clearly don’t stand behind their products or care about their customers.

Great battery pack. Has mag safe takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge. Does get kinda hot though.

Good build quality (better be at this price) and but not a great value for the money. I actually bought to compare with the ESR kickstand powerbank. I'm going to keep the ESR. The ESR kickstand is strong, thick and metal. The anker kick stand was very thin and wobbly. Just unacceptable at this price point. The only quibble on the ESR is that the screen doesn't tell you how long until battery is deleted. It DID tell you how long until fully charged if you're charging the battery. Wouldn't recommend the Anker unless you just love the slightly bigger screen and the smarts to tell you how long until depleted.

A little bulky, but charges fast and the display is great to monitor battery status
