I'm not happy with this power bank doesn't charge as fast as it says. Plus I charge it up as direct and it feels like it doesn't hold up a charge. I have 10 power banks all from Anker. They all worked great but this last one . Is very disappointing and doesn't represent my past experience with your product.

I purchased this mostly to be able to recharge my iPad and cell phone while away from home. My iPad was at 25% and it took more than an hour to charge it to 100%. I am not sure if that is long or not but it did do the job I wanted it to do. I have not experimented more with it other than one time to charge my cell and I forgot to check how long it took. I will need to do more charging to give a truly accurate rating but for now I give it a 4/5 because it did do the charging it was suppose to do.
