Works exactly as advertised

I never received the product, and Anker has been dragging their feet. I've sent over 6 emails, but all they keep saying is, "We are investigating." What exactly is there to investigate? The package wasn't delivered, I reported it, and expected a prompt resolution. But after reading other customer reviews, it seems Anker has a reputation for poor customer support, lack of communication, and failure to resolve issues. In the end, I had to dispute the transaction with the financial institution. Moving forward, I’ll be ordering through Amazon instead of Anker directly—at least Amazon tends to resolve problems more efficiently.

Love the charger , but it is on the heavy side.

Using the included USB-C cable, this charged my iPad Gen 10 from 70% to 100% in one hour.

I placed my order 12/1 and they shipped with an arrival date of 12/11… but then updates stopped and it has been in a late, but shipped status ever since. I reached out to the support email over a week ago and have yet to hear anything. I was super excited about my charger but disappointed in Anker’s lack of response to support emails.
