Love this power bank but you should understand it's something you most likely keep in your bag or on your desk/table. Not easy to carry around due to weight and shape. Great power though.

Didn't work. I tried all different ways and it still didn't charge. I contacted Anker for a REFUND. they sent me a shipping table. They told me it would be refunded to me after they receive the item. However they sent me a replacement without asking me. I asked them to send me a return shipping label and they didn't respond. Terrible!

Love the visuals. The battery charges my phone 15 Pro Max multiple times.

I was worried about this power bank coming from my previous one which had a much slimmer profile. The larger footprint is definitely worth the trade for when I am getting in performance and the wider range of devices I can charge with this one. It has kept my phone, tablet, and laptop going while I was out and about without worrying about carrying separate chargers. I also love the fast recharging this gets with my Anker Prime desktop charger. To get a full charge in around an hour is awesome. It would have been cool to also have a wireless charging spot on it, but I'm not mad.
