I placed my order 12/1 and they shipped with an arrival date of 12/11… but then updates stopped and it has been in a late, but shipped status ever since. I reached out to the support email over a week ago and have yet to hear anything. I was super excited about my charger but disappointed in Anker’s lack of response to support emails.

I placed my order ( R0101011116062S) on Dec 4th and I have yet to receive it or yet to receive an update! I am not sure I could give you any rating!! Please let me know where my order is?

After purchasing this product, I realized that it does not work for anything that I own unless you use a cord. On the box it said for I-phones, and gives a list. No indication of this until I received the product. Crappy marketing, or just a scam.

Stopped working within 1 week
I took this on a cruise as a phone charger. It stopped working after just a couple of days. I have to contact Customer Service for a refund. We just got off the cruise today so it will be tomorrow before I can contact them. Very di.
