Nice solid 10k Power Bank. One question, What function does the button on the side do? Poor docs.

I wouldn't know how to rate this item. I ordered this on 12/15/24 and still have yet to receive it.

This review is more about the customer service . Unfortunately I chose the wrong color for this product but I literally noticed it right after I submitted the order on 12-26-24. So within 2 minutes I e-mailed customer service, explained what happened and asked if they could change the color from white to black since the confirmation stated shipping takes 4-5 business days. Well I received an e-mail back from Manuel 4 hours later and in short it stated it couldn’t be done. He stated I could return it and reorder it and they were offering a 15% off coupon I still thought that was odd that they could not stop the order 4 hours after I ordered it. They also never sent me the coupon which I reached out again to them about. They never responded to that e-mail. Well it shipped on 12-28-24 and I received it on 01-02-25. The product is good so far so that I am not complaining about. Just the inconvenience of returning it. They also didn’t send a return label or any return instructions. In short, yes I know it was my mistake. I just feel customer service could of helped make this a better experience. At the very least include a free return label and include the discount code that they told me they were going to. I do have all the e-mails.

Fair warning, charging on my iPhone 16 Pro Max via MagSafe is incredibly slowwwww - like 1% a minute. Gave to my gf and she loves it for her 16 even tho it's pretty heavy.
