    Definitely saves Money

A lot of way to use to save money. Monitors usage and goes to battery when your solar is not producing. Wish it had a way where you can tell it to only charge from the DC ports so the rooftop solar can send excess to the grid for nighttime or allow the dc solar to sent to the grid. Kind of a waste when the battery is full, the dc solar just shuts off.

Easy to Install, But Not to CA Code.

Easy to install. But I don’t have a Garage so my non-licensed but electronics savvy friend and I had to put it in an indoor closet which is not to California code. Adding Solar will also be a non code trick. Starting with OFF PEAK charging and ON PEAK using to save money.

Working with my builder to install

I'm working with my builder to add some whole home backup capabilities that didn't break the bank and could scale. I purchased 2x F 3800s to power my home and additional battery capacity. This solution seemed almost as cost effective as installing an new natural gas generator and with WAY less maintenance. I'll update once our installation is complete.

Very well put together and build confidence. It will work during a blackout.
