    Not working properly

This generator won't stay on, it won't charge my electric vehicle on 120V or 240v outlets which was a main reason for buying it. I'm very disappointed. It may have been damaged in shipping.. I want to return it with a full refund.

    Fraud

This was purchased with credit card fraud and despite my notifying this company it was still shipped out.

    Good system but…

This is a good system. Overall this provides all power needs when you get the 2 F3800 system totaling 12kW/7.68Wh or not??? Well Anker, without the purchase of an extra power panel cable this system is not complete. I purchased the dual system and in order for you to advertise 12kW/7.68kWh you NEED this cable. Otherwise this is a 6kW/3.4 kWh switch and repeat. Let us get both cables when purchasing the DUAL system which means TWO together not One then the other.

It’s the best bang for your buck for a back solar generator in my opinion. Also love the customer support when I had an initial issue after install.

    Tested and works as expected

I started writing a review but left this page by accident and nothing got saved. I chose the Anker F3800 for its quality, mobility, capacity, expansionability, and its ability to provide 240VAC split phase power. I installed the interlock myself, having been an electrician for 20 years, saving hundreds of dollars. The total cost for the setup was just a little over $3000. I would change a few things however, 1. make it possible to control the unit without the app, and 2. Fix the issue with the unit automatically cutting off when my load drops off below 1 watt. I was able to fix this by setting the timer to 23:55 ( 1 day ). Looking forward to adding solar whe budget allows.
