Great product overall but software could be improved

I’m loving this unit and it’s super powerful and robus. So far it’s awesome! I researched portable power stations and watched videos on the web for weeks. The Solix F1200 (757) comes highly rated and recommended by many.
I must say Anker customer service was/is amazing, super responsive and efficient! My unit came a couple days early but the solar panels were shipped separately. I touch Anker directly who shipped the combo unit from their warehouse. My solar panels came the next day and communication was spot-on!
I know what it’s like to be without water, electricity and communication for weeks and months. It’s no joke when you are not prepared.

    awesome

I love the size, it has plenty of power and capacity, but still portable enough to just toss in the car and take with me.
I noticed if I leave a large 240w solar panels connected, it gets into a weird state as the sun rises and will not begin charging on its own, I have to disconnect and reconnect the panels well after sunrise and the voltage is higher. Which means I loose several hours of charging time each day, or an entire day if I am away for the day...
Other than those things, I love the 757. It's small, powerful, easy to use, and has LiFePo4 batteries that will last thousands of recharges longed the other lithium battery types.
I wish the solar charger could take more the 300w and higher max input voltage, but that is well documented and I knew those limits before I bought it.

     Power station

The Anker 757 is built well and I like the overall dimensions of the unit.It runs my 1500 induction cooktop, 12v fridge perfectly.
Overall I really like the unit with my only complaints being low solar input specs, needing to add a solar switch to enable 24/7 solar operation, and the sensitive 12v port- it can brick if you go over 10amps even temporarily.
Anker stands behind their product and has excellent customer service. The 5 year warranty is awesome!

    operating instructions

This is our alternate power source for our home. This was used in Quartzite to make coffee, charge phones and an IPad.
When the camper generator was run the Anker was recharged. It was too cloudy for the solar system.

    outstanding product

Charged and ready to go for any blackouts. I feel much more secure having this generator for backup and it dosent require gasoline or any fuel other than sunshine which we have plenty of
