This C1000 was a great back up for our home during recent SoCal power outages. It could easily run our kitchen full size fridge for 10 hours over night. We used it during the day to power our wifi and TV etc..
It powers our gas furnace as well without issue.

I love that it recharges in about an hour, our neighbor has a similar capacity power bank from another company but it takes 5-6hrs to recharge. I was able to plug it in to our gas generator once in the morning and once in the evening for a top off before bed. This allowed us to not run the gas generator all day.

I think we will add the expansion battery to make this 2kW of storage, and only recharge once per day while running the fridge, tv, lights etc.

Product arrived much later than expected and I did not recieve the free gift the website was offering for orders over $99. Otherwise the Anker Solix C1000 seems to be operating just fine. It only arrived on December 22nd so I can't say a lot about it yet. I'll check back later after testing it in real life situations.

We've flooded twice since owning this house. We've since upgraded the drainage and installed a sump pump. But we realized that if we lose power in a storm, our sump pump would be DOA. So we invested in the C1000 (with waterproof case). Upon receipt we charged it up to 100% and plugged in the refrigerator. So far it's been 4 hours and we're down to 60%. Since the frig is constantly on, and our sump pump will be more of an intermittent thing, we feel that we can rest easy with the C1000. The waterproof case is perfect since the power plug for the sump pump is outside, so I can leave the whole thing outdoors.

Wow, when it was delivered we turned it on and it was already charged to 92%. Per the instructions, we plugged it in until it was 100%. Then we put it to the test (of course, because coffee is life). Made a Nespresso shot and also a cup of coffee with the Keurig machine. No problem. Hooked up the fridge in our kitchen, no problem. Had a stovetop single burner, cranked it to high, no problem. What a great buy. We will use this for camping and when the power goes out. The bag fits it perfectly, zippers are water-sealed and the clear plastic is just where it needs to be. Bravo!
