This is my original review, however I decided to try a new power block since I wasn’t sure of the wattage on the power block I was using. So I found a 100 watt power block and it was perfect, pass-through power port works.Anker did reach out to me and offered me a full refund, and I do appreciate this gesture but I will be keeping this one.I thought this would be perfect since I only needed a few ports, including pass-through power; however that's the one that doesn't work. The HDMI port for my external monitor works, the USB for my printer and mouse work. At first I thought maybe my power supply was the problem (turns out, it was the problem), but it works fine when plugged directly in to the laptop. No longer Disappointed.
