Phones and devices are not coming with their own power brick. My Galaxy phone, my Galaxy Pad, a number of other devices can all benefit from a "real" USB 3, USB C" charger. So I have lots of chargers but most are USB 2 and no more than 9 V. output. The Anker Charger is solid, will charge 2 devices at full power (if the devices use it) and if you need, it will charge 3 devices simultaneously but not at the maximum rate. It is a nice quality charger, worth the price, and I am sticking to Anker when buying third party accessories like chargers.
