I had high expectations for the Anker Prime Charger , but unfortunately, it has been nothing but a disappointment. After using it for a month, I’ve encountered multiple issues that make it feel like I might have received a defective unit.

First, my devices don’t even charge properly. The charger fails to allocate the necessary power to each device, leading to inconsistent and sluggish charging speeds. For example, my MacBook Pro doesn’t get anywhere near the advertised 140W power delivery on the first USB-C port, and my other devices often stop charging abruptly.

The smart control dial and LCD display might look fancy, but they haven’t helped me solve the underlying problem of unreliable charging. I’ve tried adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to work as promised.

For a premium charger that’s supposed to handle multiple devices simultaneously, this level of performance is unacceptable. I expected more from Anker, but this product has been a total letdown.

I wouldn’t recommend this charger unless you’re prepared to deal with the hassle of potentially receiving a defective unit like I did.

Great product

The charger works great. My phone doesn't get hot like on other chargers . I like how the screen shows holiday themes. ChristmasIt was christmas trees, new year's.It was fireworks. I did not know it could do that by itself.

This is perfect for a home base desk station charger. It's a bit heavy to take for a light weight on the go charger. It greatly simplified my daily charging not having to deal with a bunch of power bricks. Wake up in the morning and and put plug in all my devices, iPad Pro, iPhone Pro, Apple Watch Ultra, AirPods Max and by the time I get out of the shower and have breakfast all my devices are ready to go for the day. I usually just use it in AI mode and it seems to charge pretty good. Have had no issues with the unit whatsoever. It's worked beautifully and it looks good on the desk which is a plus.Follow up review: Unit is still functioning well after two months of use however I have noticed a couple of issues. 1.) The display shuts off and doesn’t stay on all the time even when screensaver is turned on so the screen just goes black after time which is a bit annoying. 2.) I really do not like the spyware app that requires you to be logged in to use the app. You can use the unit without the app at least but it’s not as user friendly without it.

I got this charging station because I wanted to clean up my desk a little and get rid of all of the charging cables that I seem to be collecting all over my desk.This station has quite a few nice custom options about how much power you with to push through each individual USB port.What I like about the Charging Station.1) The screen on the front of this charging station is quite informative and nicely customizable.2) I has 4 USB C and 2 USB type A plugs that have varying amounts of charging levels that you can change on the screen.3) The app is quite useful for keeping an eye on the charging station.5) Another plus for the front screen is it has an idle animation of a clock that has a few different options.6) The build in dial on the side of the station is quite nice for making adjustments without needing the app.A few things I don't like about this charging station.1) The app sometimes likes to randomly disconnect from the station and at times it's a real pain to get connected again.2) I do wish they had a few more color options since I got kind of theme going for my PC and desk setup and it does not really work well with the silver option.
