Great item. Very useful. Just the shipping takes forever. When lead to three stars was when I ordered it in November it didn't ship and I had to contact them to find out it's backordered. Would of been nice to know that for x mas. -1 star. Trying to contact them on the live chat which was AI was unhelpful and tried to automatically cancel my order -1. Finally reached a rep and they said it'll take 3-4 weeks and they can give me 20 dollars off. By that time it was over a month. -1. If the customer service improved it would have been 5 stars.

Missing in action

Hard to review something that you haven’t received in 13 days since ordering with no indication of when it will come!

Was to be a Christmas gift

While we have not tried this yet and it was to be a Christmas gift, it finally arrived shortly after Christmas after reaching out to customer service. I received regular check ins after that point and follow up to assure it was delivered. The customer service was great, I would allow a few weeks for delivery in the busy season.

Versatile Product

We have replaced all of our conventional UPSs with these. Our first power outage was a smooth transition.
