Causes iPhone 16 pro max to overheat and then the phone discharges at a faster rate. Anker asked me to send back for a replacement. Instead, I will return to amazon and be done. I'm sick of the extra effort I'm constantly being asked to do because manufacturers keep sending out crap products ordered online. I'm tired of being taken advantage of. This kind of quality of service should cost you time and money and not me. This has become the new norm so I will burden the retailer with it instead.

I bought this on 21 Jul and to my surprise it charges my iPhone 15pro only 0.87 and that too in more than 3 hrs.
For such an expensive product and its claim of 10mAH it looks false claims. I am regretting buying it. It can be seen from the pictures uploaded. This is when I had put it to charge my mobile when it was at 6% and it’s only 80% charged where the battery bank is already at 10% backup remaining. Not to miss I had put my mobile to charge on the battery bank at 6pm and it’s now 10pm when I had removed it.
