I wanted to use this to power a sound recorder (Sound Devices MixPre6II). After plugging in and switching the MixPre on, it works. But when the MixPre is still plugged in and I switch it off and then on again, I get no power!!! So, I have always to unplug and plug in again to be able to get power. My older Anker doesn't do that but always provides the power, even after switching my device off and then on again. Is this a failure?????

You'll get 90 days of support max. These discharge very quickly over time so if you don't constantly pay attention to it you won't have it when you need it. Highly recommend not purchasing this.

Just received the 20,000mah prime bank and when I tried charging it on the power station/dock nothing happened. I then tried to use the usb-c port and got the following error message: “SCP Short circuit protection has been activated. Please stop using.” Contacted support….now I wait, not what I was expecting from usually a trusted brand.

I have all three of the prime power banks and I use them for three different reasons. This one is very portable yet when I have a need for a charge on my Mac air or my iPad Pro. I bring this one. It’s great to charge my iPhone 14 Pro but the big plus on this one is it has enough punch to charge one full charge on my iPad Pro and my Mac charging my iPhone is a very small drain on the charger. I can charge my phone three or four times. It’s very fast both in charging a device and recharging. It looks good. It’s a little chunky, but easily fits into my backpack , I’m very happy with this purchase
